Customize Windows 8 Start Screen Colors Using Metro UI Colors Changer

Many people that are using Windows 8 Developer Preview are complaining about the new green start screen. Most of them wanted the start screen colored in another color besides green and some of them also complained that they could not change the color of the start screen.

So, is there a hack or a freeware for Windows 8 that we can use to change the start screen colors in Windows 8? Well, there are programmers in this world that wanted to feel the same thing so the answer is YES.

Luckily our deviantArt friend, Kishan-Bagaria has created an excellent tool called Metro UI Colors Changer that will let you change the colors in Windows 8 start screen like:

- Start screen and login screen background color.

- Start screen tiles color.

- Start screen tiles font.

- Charms sidebar.

- Charms sidebar items.





































HOW TO USE


- Run the app as Administrator, and select the preferences of Windows 8 start screen that you wanted to change its color.

- If you are done selecting the colors, click the Change All option.

- To restore default colors, click on the Restore All option.
