Customize the Start Menu User Picture Frame in Windows 7

Today we are going to share another tool that will let you customize Windows 7.

The tool that we are sharing today, is a tool created by Kishan Bagaria at Door2Windows, called Windows 7 User Picture Frame Changer.

This portable app will let you customize the frame that is on the Windows 7 start menu user picture.

HOW TO USE

1. First of all, download the tool using this link.

2. Now, download the user picture frame that you want to use as the new frame from the Door2Windows Forum.

3. After downloading them all, double click the EXE file, and click the Change User Picture Frame option.

4. Select the frame that you wanted to use, and click OK.

5. The Explorer will now restart. Just wait until the explorer restart process is done.

6. Now, open the start menu and you will see the start menu will have a new frame.
