Win8Menu: Get Windows 8 Look-Like Sidebar In Windows 7

If you have not seen the Windows 8 official preview video yet, you can watch it here first before seeing this article.
As you can see in the video, the version of Windows 8 that Microsoft is showing shows the login screen that has the Windows 8 sidebar and the Windows 8 clock.
If you are a Windows 7 user and you wanted to try the same thing on your PC, why not try this freeware created by our DeviantART friend vhanla called Win8Menu? If you use this tool, you can get a little bit "Windows 8 sensation" on your Windows 7.

HOW TO USE

1. Download the software using the link given below.

2. Extract the ZIP file into a desired folder, and double click the Win8Menu.exe file.

3. Now the software will show the sidebar, sidebar background, and the clock.

4. To access the sidebar, hover your mouse the right side of the program.

5. Click and drag-n-drop the background to the top, and you will see the next screen with web tiles.


NOTE

The application is currently under testing, so there might be bugs on this application.
