Sign in to Windows 8 using a Windows Live ID and you can get the following!

- Save personal data on old computer that is using Windows 8, and open the saved data on a new computer with Windows 8 installed. This means that if you sign in with a Live ID, you can save your personal data on your personal computer and if you want to access the personal files on your old computer, you can access them on any PC with Windows 8 installed as long you sign in with a Live ID.

- As you can see, you can pin Internet Explorer bookmarks on Windows 8 Metro Styled Start Screen. If you sign in with a Live ID, you can open your IE tiles that are saved on your old computer on another computer with Windows 8 installed.

- Automatically sign in to apps and services that use Windows Live ID for authentication.
