Windows 8 Developer Tweaker is another free utility for Windows 8 offered by IT Geek 2011, that you can use to tweak Windows 8 Developer Preview (Build 8102).
This free tool will let you customize the following:
- Enable good old Windows start menu.
- Enable Snap feature on low screen resolutions.
- Change the start screen background image.
This tool will only work on Windows 8 Developer Preview. If you use older versions of Windows, this software will show an error message.
